The fjord waters are richly mineralized by glacial rivers carrying fine minerals down from the surrounding glaciers, by geothermal vents on the ocean floor, and by the meeting of Arctic and Gulf currents.

Then the kelp is gently dried with low geothermal heat. This careful process helps preserve its powerful array of bioavailable minerals, vitamins, and beneficial phytonutrients, so that the elemental richness of Iceland can become part of your skincare ritual.
